Scholarship Program
End-users of communications in the oil and gas community are invited to apply for a scholarship to cover the registration fee for OilComm. Please note: Applying for a scholarship does not guarantee complimentary registration. Your application will be reviewed and you will receive a notification with 5 business days whether your application has been accepted or rejected.

Registration Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made after August 15, 2013 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the registration fee. Registrants who do not cancel prior to October 15, 2013 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. No refunds will be processed prior to the event. Refunds due to registrant error will be subject to a $75 processing fee.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: OilComm, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or info@oilcomm.com.
AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend OilComm.
