What are the dates for OilComm 2013?
OilComm Conference and Exposition is Wednesday, November 6, 2013 through Friday, November 8, 2013. The Pre-Conference Program is Wednesday, November 6, 2013. The Conference and Exposition are Thursday - Friday, November 7 - 8, 2013.

What are the times for the Exposition?
Exhibit Hall hours are:

How much does it cost to attend OilComm?
The OilComm Conference and Exposition has three pricing tiers – Early Bird, Advance and Regular rates.

Does OilComm offer scholarships for registration?
Yes! End-users of communications in the oil and gas community are invited to apply for a scholarship to cover the registration fee for OilComm. You can apply for a scholarship online or you can send the completed Scholarship Application form to info@oilcomm.com or fax to 301-340-7136.
Please note: Applying for a scholarship does not guarantee complimentary registration. Your application will be reviewed and you will receive a notification with 5 business days whether your application has been accepted or rejected.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is encouraged for all events at OilComm Conference and Exposition. Military personnel are encouraged to wear duty uniform.

Are there discounted hotel rates?
Yes! An exclusive discounted rate of $193 per night has been secured for OilComm attendees at the Hilton Americas. Click here to book your hotel room online or by calling 1-800-HILTONS and referencing OilComm. Deadline to reserve your room and receive the discounted rated is October 14.
A group discount of $169 per night has also been secured at the Holiday Inn Downtown. Please click here for reservations and more information. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (713) 652-9400 and mentioning OilComm. You must book your room by October 18 to recieve the group rate.

What restaurants and attractions are in Houston, TX?
Downtown Houston offers many dining options and attractions including Galleria's many shops, restaurants and ice-skating rink located near the Holiday Inn. The Museum District, home to more than 18 museums, and Bayou Place are also in downtown Houston. At Hilton Americas, there are 2 private dining areas available as well as in room dining. Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?
Yes, OilComm accepts registration substitutions. Please send substitution requests in writing to OilComm, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or info@oilcomm.com.
How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made after August 15, 2013 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the registration fee. Registrants who cancel after October 15, 2013 will be liable for the full conference registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Please send cancellation requests in writing to OilComm, 4 Choke Cherry Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville, MD 20850 or info@oilcomm.com. Please note that refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $75 processing fee.
