Don Happel has been employed with Shell for 27 years in various telecommunications and control system engineering roles. He currently serves as Field Telecoms Manager for Shell Upstream Americas, overseeing a diverse staff of engineers and technicians working to support the exploration and production activities for Shell in North America and the Gulf of Mexico. He also serves as Telecoms Technical Authority for Shell Information Technology International.
